Erica's greek style lamb

just a qucik healthy lunch option



  • 1.

    Cut meat into cubes

  • 2.

    Juice lemon. mix oil, lemon juice garlic and oregano

  • 3.

    Divide mixtue, add half to meat and half to yougurt

  • 4.

    Wash and slice lettuce and tomatoes

  • 5.

    Cook meat, medium heat, 10 minutes

  • 6.

    Place meat on lettuce and tomato, top with yoghurt sauce, serve with pita bread.
