Ingredients

Method

  1. cut meat into cubes
  2. juice lemon. mix oil, lemon juice garlic and oregano
  3. Divide mixtue, add half to meat and half to yougurt
  4. wash and slice lettuce and tomatoes
  5. cook meat, medium heat, 10 minutes
  6. Place meat on lettuce and tomato, top with yoghurt sauce, serve with pita bread.
