Chocolate Cherry Crossiants

Great ingrediants and nothing better than a warn chocolate with cherry in a crossiant sprinkled with icing sugar- easy and simple. Takes only 30 minutes all up. Great for unexpected guest popping in.



  • 1.

    1.defrost ready puff pastry and cut into 4 squares and then into half as a triangle.

  • 2.

    2. Get your triangle and place on teaspoon of cherries and one square of dark chocloate and then fold it over and over.Flip over and bring the ends into the centre.

  • 3.

    3. Place on your prepared tray and baste in egg mixture.

  • 4.

    4. Place in oven for approx 20 minutes at 190C or until golden brown and risen.

  • 5.

    5. Leave to cool and then dust with icing sugar or leave plain if you prefer.
