Moroccan Wedges


Moroccan Wedges

An easy family side dish. We make this when we are short on time.

Ingredients

  • potatoes - one medium size per person
  • oil to coat
  • morrocan seasoning to coat

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Heat up tray/s in oven
  3. Peel potatoes or scrub well if leaving skins on.
  4. Cut into wedges.
  5. Place in bowl and pour in enough olive oil to coat. Toss potatoes in oil.
  6. Sprinkle Moroccan Seasoning onto potatoes tossing as you do so.
  7. Place poatoes evenly over tray. Sprinkle extra seasoning on if desired.
  8. Cook for approx. 25min or until crisp.
