Moroccan Wedges

An easy family side dish. We make this when we are short on time.



  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

  • 2.

    Heat up tray/s in oven

  • 3.

    Peel potatoes or scrub well if leaving skins on.

  • 4.

    Cut into wedges.

  • 5.

    Place in bowl and pour in enough olive oil to coat. Toss potatoes in oil.

  • 6.

    Sprinkle Moroccan Seasoning onto potatoes tossing as you do so.

  • 7.

    Place poatoes evenly over tray. Sprinkle extra seasoning on if desired.

  • 8.

    Cook for approx. 25min or until crisp.
