Hot Artichoke Dip


A dip to serve to guests with pre dinner drnks

Serves 8 to 10

Ingredients

Method

  1. Chop up the artichokes.
  2. Add mayonnaise, parmesan cheese & artichokes and mix through.
  3. Pour mixture into an oven proof dish.
  4. Top with extra parmesan and a sprinkle of papriks.
  5. Cook for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Serve hot with French bread (best) or water crackers.
