A creamy dip that is great served with drinks or at a BBQ
250g cream cheese
2 tbls mayonnaise
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp finely chopped chives
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 can smoked oysters
Blend ingredients until smooth consistency. Chill well. Serve when ready.
I like to use smoked oysters in bbq sauce if you can get them. Adds a great flavour.
Riesling, Semillon and Sparkling are the best wines to pair with Smoked Oyster Dip.
