Easy tasty family meal mince lots of veggies and rice.
Heat oil in deep large saucepan
Fry onion and garlic a few minutes then add mince. Fry until pink is gone breaking up lumps as well. Add carrots and herbs and cook for a few minutes. Add rice,stock,stock cube, golden syrup and tomato paste. Bring to boil reduce heat heat and simmer covered until rice is cooked-about 30 mins. Stir occasionally and check if you need more liquid(add water if you do). For last five minutes add broccoli peas and corn.
Top with some parmesan if you like and serve.
Can use pasta instead or rice-just cook for less time.
