Cheese & Sausage Loaf


Budget, tasty loaf. Can be eaten hot or cold.

Serves 6

Ingredients

Method

  1. Remove skins from sausages (soak in cold water, skins come off easily) and place in a bowl with the other ingredients, mix well.
  2. Lightly pack mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.
