Savoury Bread

A easy and tasty lunch dish

Ingredients

  • 1 whole loaf of bread cut in half lengh wise and most of the bread removed leavig the crust and 1/2in of the bread
  • Filling 500gram of quality mince browned with fat poured off
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1tin corn kernels sliced
  • 1pktaco seasoning
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2 table spoons of tomato paste
  • 1 table spoon black sauce what ever you have in cupboard
  • Mix all togeather cook in pan then fill the bread place triangle cheese slices on top bake in moderate oven till the bread is crispy serve hot with salad
