Triple Chocolate Cheescake

Definitely a favourite of everyones - once friends taste this, I'm never allowed to NOT bring it to a meal!



  • 1.

    Combine biscuits & butter, press into base of 23cm springform pan, refrigerate until firm.

  • 2.

    Beat cream cheese & condensed milk until smooth, beat in cream.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle gelatine over water, dissolve over hot water, cool, beat into cream cheese mixture.

  • 4.

    Divide mixture into three.

  • 5.

    Fold chocolate into each batch to give white, milk & dark chocolate mixtures. Spoon cheesecake mixture evenly into prepared crust in white, milke & dark chocolate layers.

  • 6.

    Refrigerate until set.


You can use low fat options of all the dairy products, however don't skimp on the quality of the chocolate - the taste difference is worth it.
