Salmon Noodle Rissoles

Aquick and tasty meal for weeknights that the children will love.


  • Lg tin pink salmon

  • Pkt 2minute noodles

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 egg


  • 1.

    Cook the 2 minute noodles without the flavouring and use a knife to chop into smaller lenghths. In a bowl mix salmon, noodles, egg, breadcrumbs and cheese.Cool in fridge for 10 minutes. Shape into patties. Pan fry in a non-stick frypan turning. Cooked when noodles are brown and crispy.


Lovely served with salad and boiled chat potatoes. Can also serve with sweet chilli sauce.
