  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • 1 onion sliced

Method

  1. PLACE PIECE OF STEAK ON FOIL TOP WITH SOME TINNED TOATOES AND SLICED ONION. FOLD FOIL UP SO NOTHING ESCAPES PUT INTO OVEN 180 DEGREES AND COOK UNTIL STEAK IS HOW YOU LIKE IT. BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING FOIL AS THE STEAM INSIDE WILL BURN. SERVE WITH SALAD OR VEGETABLES.
