Apricot and Coconut Slice

A delicious slice full of apricot and biscuity goodness.. has always been a winner everywhere I bring it



  • 1.

    Line base of 18cm x 28cm lamington pan with baking paper

  • 2.

    Combine biscuit crumbs, apricots, coconut in medium bowl

  • 3.

    Place Condensed Milk and butter in medium saucepan…

  • 4.

    Stir over medium heat until butter is melted and ingredients are combined

  • 5.

    Pour into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly

  • 6.

    Press mixture into pan and refrigerate until set

  • 7.

    Place melts in a bowl, in a saucepan semifilled with boiling water, until Melts have melted.. in otherwords, melt chocolate melts..

  • 8.

    Place melted Melts (ha) evenly over slice, allow to set

  • 9.

    Cut into squares to suit - I found this easier to do with the slice upside down
