Country Shortbread Biscuits

Beautiful mouth watering shortbread that is so simple & easy to make. You will have as much fun eating them as you do making them.

    Beat butter, sugar & vanilla together then add the flour and pinch of salt. If you have a biscuit pusher then make different shapes otherwise just spread evenly onto baking tray. Cook slowly for 15 - 20 minutes on about 160C.
