Squelch it all around ensuring the steaks are coated.
Place in fridge for an hour or two - or overnight - turn it over at some stage if you remember.
Cook on a hot bbq to your own personal liking.
I usually sear each side for a minute on the grill, then move it to a warming rack under the hood while I burn hell out of eveything else and everyone else's steak is cooked up to well done or medium. Meanwhile my steak has sat nicely and warmed up to medium.
Serve with mashed potatoes and some snowpeas, maybe bung on some grilled corn cobs if you like.
