Sauté sliced onion till soft, add garlic and keep stirring, add meat, stir till cooked. When meat is ready add in noodle and 2 tbspn of water to keep the noodle from sticking to the bottom of the wok (deep pan or pan with a high edge). When steam from the pan is visible, add in sweet Soya, light Soya, lemon juice, pepper and chopped chilli (to taste). Mix in well and add the rest of ingredients and cook till vegetables are crunchy.
