Flawless Chicken Fettucinni Boscialo

succulent and tender garlic smothered chicken breasts,creamy smooth and delicious


  • approx 700-800 grams chicken breast

  • 250-300 grams diced bacon

  • 4-5 medium flat top mushrooms

  • garlic clove

  • garlic and herb salt (tea spoon)

  • oregano (tea spoon)

  • white wine (1/4 cup)

  • thickened cream 500 grams

  • olive oil

  • 1 standard pack of fetucinni


  • 1.

    Table spoon olive oil in heated pan,dice chicken pieces (bite size),fry until starting to golden,add bacon,musroom,garlic,garlic and herb salt,and oregano, turn heat up a little higher pour in white wine(approx quater cup),add cream allow to thicken slightly.Turn heat off.Now ready to serve,over standard meal proportion size of pasta (ready boiled)
