Soy Chicken


tasty and easy

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken thigh fillets quartered lengthways
  • 1/4 cup low salt soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1/2 cup water

Method

  1. heat 1 tablespoon olive oil till smokey hot quickly fry chicken
  2. combine all other ingredients and stir to disolve stock cube and sugar
  3. when chicken has changed colour add sauce mix lower heat and simmer for 10 minuted
  4. serve with steamed rice
