Ham and Cheese Puffs


A selection of chesses and ham wrapped in puff pastry, great for parties or an easy dinner with salad... The kids love them.

Serves 10 to 20

Ingredients

  • 200g diced ham (or diced bacon)
  • 200g grated tasty cheese
  • 200g feta
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (any variety is fine)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 5 sheets puff pastry

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 (160 fan forced)
  2. Defrost pastry and cut into quarters to make squares
  3. Mix ham, cheeses and mustard until well combined.
  4. Place heaped dessert spoons of mixture in the middle of the pastry squares.
  5. Fold in corners of pastry and pinch edges together, this will make a smaller square shaped parcel.
  6. Lightly brush with egg.
  7. Place on lined baking trays.
  8. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown... ENJOY

Notes & Tips

These are great with salad. If you have any left over filling, it freezes really well.
