A selection of chesses and ham wrapped in puff pastry, great for parties or an easy dinner with salad... The kids love them.
Preheat oven to 180 (160 fan forced)
Defrost pastry and cut into quarters to make squares
Mix ham, cheeses and mustard until well combined.
Place heaped dessert spoons of mixture in the middle of the pastry squares.
Fold in corners of pastry and pinch edges together, this will make a smaller square shaped parcel.
Lightly brush with egg.
Place on lined baking trays.
Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown... ENJOY
These are great with salad. If you have any left over filling, it freezes really well.
