rissoles using pork and veal mince in lieu of beef mince my clever wife made this up her self
500g pork mince
500g veal mince
2 mediums onion finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh or dry breadcrumbs
garlic at least 4 cloves
fresh ginger to taste
1 carrot & 1 zuccini grated
massel stock powder 1 tablespoon
3 tablespoons teryaki sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 good slurps of fish sauce
little bit of basil or lemon thyme
mix this all together well and form rissoles or meat balls fried gently in a non stick pan and add what ever sauce u like yum
Semillon, Pinot Gris and Dessert Wines are the best wines to pair with Susies Fresh & Meaty Home Made Rissoles.
