Lemon Meatballs and rice


meatballs with egg white and rice. Very heart greek dish

Serves 4

Method

  1. braise the meatballs (stuffed with herbs & pepper) in a large saucepan and water in same pan with 1 cup rice. Cook until rice is ready. In a bowl beat egg whites until resonably stiff and a bit of lemon juice.
  2. The pour egg white into saucepan with 1/4 cup lemon juice and gently stir. Serve immediately
