5 Minutes Chilli Pork


5 minutes and you're eating. Fry mince whilst your udon noodles soften and mix the sauce and you are done! It's that easy and very yummy.

Ingredients

  • 500 g lean pork mince
  • 500g udon noodles
  • 1tbspn of oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic or 2 teaspoons of mince garlic
  • 3 fresh small red chillies or 2 teaspoons of dried chilli flakes
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup of stock (whatever you have handy)
  • bean sprouts (optional)
  • 4 green onions

Method

  1. Heat oil in pan; stir fry 3 diced green onions, garlic & chilli until fragrant
  2. Boil water in jug and pour over udon noodles until they are soft
  3. Add pork to chilli mixture. Cook through then add sauce and stock.
  4. Drain noodles and place into pork mixture.
  5. Plate up with remaining green onions diced and sprinklled over the top.
  6. Dinner in 5 minutes!!!
