Pumpkin Scones

Fluffy pumpkin scones

    Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten egg then pumpkin and sifted flour until mixed. Turn onto a lightly floured board, knead and roll out. Cut out circles with an egg cup and bake in a mderately hot oven 180c for 15-20 minutes.


These scones are fabulous with a maple syrup butter.
