    Mash the avocado flesh, add the other ingredients, salt and pepper and lime juice to taste.

  • 2.

    Put the guacamole into a bowl and place a sheet of cling film on the surface, to prevent it going brown. Keep until needed.


Serve with tortilla chips

Yes, I absolutely agree Kandice. I tried Guacomole with tomato in it when I was in the US last year and I loved it. It makes it even better if that is possible
