Guacamole


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled & stone removed
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil optional
  • 2 tablespoons parsley or coriander chopped
  • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • Of 1/2 lemon or lime

Method

  1. Mash the avocado flesh, add the other ingredients, salt and pepper and lime juice to taste.
  2. Put the guacamole into a bowl and place a sheet of cling film on the surface, to prevent it going brown. Keep until needed.
