Empty of Chedda Cheese Spread into microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30secs.
Add diced bacon and onion to cheese, and stir together.
Cut crusts of bread and cut into 4 quarters. Place bread quarters individually in mini muffin tray.
Using 2 teaspoons scoop mixture evenly among the bread quarters.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, till bread goes crusty.
Serve up and enjoy!!!

Notes & Tips
Alternatively you can use 10 slices of regular 680g bread with crust cut off in a regular muffin tray and this mix will make about 10 larger chedda cups. Great for a lunch time snack!
