This is my son's favourite dinner, it has pasta and sausages which he loves but also lots of vegtables and a healthy tomatoe sauce.
Fry onion and garlic
Add tomatoe paste and tinned tomatoes
Chop carrots broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces and add
Slice sausages into small pieces and add
Mix all together
Top with half mozzarella and half chedda cheese
If you cut up the vegatables into small pieces, children will be happy to eat them.
Combination of moazzrella and chedda cheese make this dish more palatable for children
Adults also enjoy this meal
