Brocollini and pancetta orrichetti


Fresh green taste from the brocolli and olive oil, a touch of saltiness and a good bite of chilli

Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients

Method

  1. Boil some salty water and add the orrichetti, cook until al dente
  2. Put a little Olive oil in a hot pan, add the chilli and garlic and pancetta (cut into cubes).
  3. Cook until pancetta starts to brown.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a further 2 mins
  5. Add the brocollini and cook for 3-5 minutes (you still want the brocollini to have some crunch!).
  6. Add the orrichetti and stir in well.
  7. Salt and Pepper to taste
  8. Finish off by pouring on a good amount of olive oil
  9. Yummy!
