Quick Chocolate Mousse

So quick, but so YUMMY!!!!

Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of choc bits
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tblspns sugar
  • Favorite liquer (dash, if wanted)
  • 2/3 cup boiling milk
  • Pinch salt

Method

  1. Place Choc Bits, Egg, Sugar, salt (and liquer) in a blender. Mix, the pour in boiling milk.
  2. Pour into Moulds, refrigerate and serve with whipped cream or ice-cream.
