So quick, but so YUMMY!!!!
1 Cup of Choc Bits
2 Tblspns Sugar
Favorite Liquer (dash, if wanted)
2/3 Cup Boiling Milk
Place Choc Bits, Egg, Sugar, salt (and liquer) in a blender. Mix, the pour in boiling milk.
Pour into Moulds, refrigerate and serve with whipped cream or ice-cream.
Fortified Wines, Dessert Wines and Sparkling Reds are the best wines to pair with Quick Chocolate Mousse.
