Creamy Chicken Curry
Family recipe we all love as it is so easy to prepare and tastes so great!
Pre heat oven to 180C
Grease a large oven proof dish and add the diced chicken breast
Sprinkle paprika over the chicken lightly
Add butter into a large frypan over a meduim-high heat, and brown the onion
Add the apple and zucchini to the fry pan and cook until softened
Add the curry powder and cook for a further minute
Add the cream and the tin of cream of chicken to the frypan, stir through for a minute
Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces and place in the oven for approximately 45 minutes
Serve with rice!
I have tried with curry paste for a stronger flavour and also used coconut cream instead of cream.
I also have used low fat cream to feel better about indulging!
