Casserole style chicken drumsticks for all the family!
Heat oil in a deep pan or deep skillet on stove.
Add diced onion, garlic and spices. Cook until onion is soft.
Put aside into a side dish.
Brown the drumsticks.
Add the spices, tomato puree,water and vegetables.
Once sauce comes to boil turn down to a simmer.
Turn drumsticks once after approximately 40 mins.
Cook for 1 1/2 hrs.
Serve with salad and rice.
Can add fresh corriander to cooked dish before serving.
Is also easily cooked in the oven at 180degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
