Peanut Balls

This a a great recipe for entertaining quick and easy. They taste like Ferrera Rochers.



  • 1.

    Place rice bubbles, icing sugar, and peanut butter in a large bowl. Mix together and roll into balls use teaspoon size. To make it easy to roll wet your hands in water. Put in fridge to set about 30mins

  • 2.

    To melt the chocolate, place in a glass bowl and sit bowl over saucepan with boiling water in, watch this until it is melted.

  • 3.

    Then dip the balls in the chocolate and let set in fridge they will keep in fridge for weeks.
