Chilli prawn linguine

healthy and delicious.


  • 1.5 kg uncooked prawns

  • 500 g linguine

  • 0.25 cup of olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped finely

  • 0.25 cup of fresh parsley

  • 50 g baby rocket leaves


  • 1.

    Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails on.

  • 2.

    Cook pasta until tender.

  • 3.

    Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan, cook prawns until they change colour. Remove from pan.

  • 4.

    Cook garlic and chilli until fragrant.

  • 5.

    Return prawns and add drained pasta.

  • 6.

    Add rocket and toss to combine
