Chilli prawn linguine


Chilli prawn linguine

healthy and delicious.

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1½ kg uncooked prawns
  • 500 g linguine
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • ¼ cup of fresh parsley
  • 50 g baby rocket leaves

Method

  1. Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails on.
  2. Cook pasta until tender.
  3. Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan, cook prawns until they change colour. Remove from pan.
  4. Cook garlic and chilli until fragrant.
  5. Return prawns and add drained pasta.
  6. Add rocket and toss to combine
