In a heavy based Dutch oven, brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain any excess liquid. Add capsicum, celery water, taco sauce, chilli paste, beans and tomatoes. season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 60 minutes. Add frozen corn and simmer for a further 60 minutes until flavours are developed. Mix through with chopped coriander and garnish with sprigs of coriander before serving.
