Pull legs from prawn leaving the head and body shells intact.
Drizzle with a little oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Place on pre-heated grill plate and cook for around 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of your prawns.
To make the sauce, heat pan and add oil, fry fresh and roasted garlic lightly with no colour. Add lemon, verjuice and butter and simmer gently until butter is melted.
Add herbs and seasoning.
Pour over cooked prawns and serve with crusty bread.
