Summer Salad


A fresh salad with prawns and a twist.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Method

  1. Peel Prawns.
  2. Finely chop Lettuce.
  3. Halve Cherry Tomatoes.
  4. Peel and dice Avocado.
  5. Finely slice Spanish Onion.
  6. Halve Cucumber lengthwise and slice finely.
  7. Halve Strawberries.
  8. Divide all ingredients between four plates, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and Honey Mustard Dressing.
