Moist and gooey low fat brownies for an almost guilt-free chocolate moment
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Mix eggs, vanilla extract, Bailey's, apple sauce and oil together in another bowl and add to the dry ingredients. Fold until well combined.
Pour batter into greased 20 cm square pan (or lined with baking paper).
Bake for 25-30 min. Test with tooth pick (best when centre is still gooey).
Can serve warm with low fat vanilla ice-cream with extra Bailey's poured on top. Yum.
