A tasty and healthy meal which is so simple it can be made after a long day at work
Make a marinade with the cornflour, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and sesame oi.
Add chicken and marinade for at least 20 mins (up to an hour is good if you have the time).
Heat 1 tab oil in wok/heavy frypan and stir fry until jsut soft.
Add mushrooms for 2 mins over high heat.
Remove mushrooms and shallots, add remaining oil and cook chicken (remember, colour means flavour)
Stir in mushrooms and shallots
Serve with bolied rice.
