Creamy Oysters

i love oysters but cant eat them natural, so this is taster great and is so quick and easy

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 6 half shell oyster
  • Pour i tspn cream over each oyster
  • Grate fresh parmesan over each oyster enough to coat
  • Place under a hot grill until golden
  • Serve on bed of rock salt
