Easy to make. Kids Love them. They can be enjoyed hot or cold.
Preheat oven to 190C/170C with fan
Spray muffin tin with oil
Mix mince, half the sauce, eggs and stroganoff mix together in bowl.
Divide mixture and place in muffin tray.
Top with remaining sauce and onion rings.
Bake 25 - 30 mins until golden brown.
Drain any fat and serve.
Great cold with salad next day too.
You can make more smaller pies by using cupcake tray.
