A delicicious, robust sauce made with tomatoes and cream poured over pasta. YUM!
Sti fry garlic gentlyin oil for 1 minute.
Add zucchini and mushrooms and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and black pepper.
Add sugar and tomato paste.
Simmer for 40 minutes.
Simmer gently for 20 minutes.
Pour over pasta.
You can use fresh skinned tomatoes - about 1kg.
If you use fresh tomatoes add 1 tspn sat.
