Garlicy chilli chicken dish. Quick and economical to make. This dish was prepared by my granddaughter and I using the only ingredients I had left in the fridge and cupboard. Meal was enjoyed by all.
Instead of using chickent thigh fillets, use wings chopped into three, diced breasts or drumsticks. Add vegies like capiscum, beans and carrots for extra colour and bite. Add a tablespoon of cream just before serving for a creamy sauce.
