Jenny's Chicken Marinara

Italian style rich tasting chicken and spaghetti,we were away camping and I didn't have a lot of ingredients so I basically started with the chicken and tomatoe sauce and added what I had.



  • 1.

    Boil water in Large Pot add salt and little olive oil

  • 2.

    When boiled add Angel Hair Spaghetti

  • 3.

    Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil

  • 4.

    Add chicken , sautee until cooked

  • 5.

    Add salt and pepper

  • 6.

    Add Tomatoe Sauce

  • 7.

    Then add herbs and sugar

  • 8.

    Toss together for about 5 to ten minutes

  • 9.

    Spaghetti should be ready , strain water off and add to chicken.

  • 10.

    Toss through then season to taste.


You can use your favourite Pasta Sauce instead of Tomatoe Sauce.
