Stuffed Mushrooms - Using Foodie Parties Smokey Bacon Blend

These are beautiful on an antipasto plate, as a side dish or just on their own!


  • 1-2 tbs butter

  • 1 tbs foodies smokey bacon blend

  • 1-2 tbs bread crumbs

  • 12 button mushrooms

  • 12 tsp soften cream cheese

  • olive oil


  • 1.

    Melt Butter in Fry pan with Foodies Smokey Bacon Blend. Add bought dry breadcrumbs to absorb liquid & remove from heat.

  • 2.

    Remove stalks from mushrooms, clean with a damp cloth. Place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese into each mushroom & top with Smokey Bacon Breadcrumb mixture (pressing mixture into cream cheese)

  • 3.

    Place stuffed mushrooms in oven proof dish & drizzle with Olive Oil. Bake in a moderate oven for 20-30 minutes.
