Cheats spaghetti bol for busy mums!!

Easy and quick spaghetti bol sauce that is a winner with the kids. Good for freezing or as a base for cheats lasagne.

Method

  1. Fry the onion and garlic in a little olive oil over medium heat in a large fry pan.
  2. Add the mince and brown for a few minutes.
  3. Add the stock cube and dried herbs and mix with the mince, use yor spoon to chop the mince into really small pieces.
  4. Add the tomato paste and cook for one minute.
  5. Turn down the heat to low and add the tomato soup and water.
  6. Simmer for ten minutes and serve with cooked pasta.

Notes & Tips

I use rosella brand tomato soup it seems to work best in this recipe. Add the water to the empty soup can to rinse out any leftover soup. This recipe is good to make ahead of time or to freeze.
