Rocky Road



  • 250g block eating chocolate (dark, milk or white)

  • .25 cup taosted shredded coconut

  • 150g chopped lollies (your choice but snakes, rasperries or jubes work well)

  • 60g nuts (unsalted peanutes or almonds)

  • 300g chopped marshmallows


  • 1.

    • Line base of a slice tin with non-stick baking paper.

  • 2.

    • Melt chocolate until smooth

  • 3.

    • Add remaining ingredients and stir until fully coated in chocolate

  • 4.

    • Spoon into tin and refrigerate

  • 5.

    Once chocolate had hardenened cut into slices


Use green and red lollies at Christmas time!
