Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Combine cake mix and dry pudding mix in large mixing bowl.
  3. Add water, oil, eggs and sour cream.
  4. Stir well to combine and mix with handheld mixer until batter lightens in colour slightly.
  5. Pour into large cake tin lined with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for one hour, allow to cool and ice with chocolate ganache or icing.
