Quick and Easy Work-night Chicken wraps


A healthy alternative to fast food - 12 minutes to make! Eat at home and save time, money and weight!

Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients

Method

  1. Crumb chicken strips with dried onion, garlic and herbs
  2. Heat butter in fry pan
  3. Fry off chicken strips
  4. Place one half flat bread on each dinner plate and add lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese and mayonnaise to middle section
  5. Add cooked chicken strips
  6. Roll up wrap and fasten with toothpick

Notes & Tips

Try sweet chilli sauce as an alternative, or add some smoky barbecue marinade to the chicken before crumbing for interesting alternatives!
