Pre heat oven to 160 degrees. Coat the beef with flour, then brown in a frying pan. put in a casserole dish. Add all the other remaining ingredients. Except for sauces and stock. Toss to mix the beef and vegetables. Then add the worchestershire and soya sauces and beef stock. Salt and pepper. Bake covered for 1 to 2 hours, stirring twice. thicken 2 tablespoons of cornflour with cool water and stir through casserole to thicken, then put back into oven for 5 more minutes.
