Lemon and Garlic lamb culets

Ingredients

  • 12 french cutlets

  • zest and juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 2 sprigs of rosemary chopped

  • 2 table spoons olive oil

  • .5 tsp salt

  • .25 tsp pepper

Method

  • 1.

    Combine all ingredients and seasoning

  • 2.

    Marinate overnight

  • 3.

    Cook on BBQ
