Lemon and Garlic lamb culets


Low GI

Ingredients

  • 12 french cutlets
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary chopped
  • 2 table spoons olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Method

  1. combine all ingredients and seasoning
  2. marinate overnight
  3. cook on BBQ
