12 French cutlets
Zest and Juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 sprigs of rosemary chopped
2 table spoons olive oil
.5 tsp salt
.25 tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients and seasoning
Cook on BBQ
serve with a salad of your choice
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz are the best wines to pair with Lemon and Garlic lamb culets.
