1 Tablespoon Butter/cooking spray
4 Bacon rashers, finely chopped/8 shortcut rashers,finely chopped
500g Ricotta Cheese
.75 cup mozzarella Cheese
.25 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
4 sprigs Parsley
Cook bacon for 3 minutes over medium heat in fry pan
Combine all ingredients in food processor
Spoon mixture into greased muffin tin
Bake at 180c for 30 minutes
Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet are the best wines to pair with Bacon and egg pies.
