Japanese oyster dressing

A light dressing that provides a nice kick to oysters with a chilli strands and fish roe.



  • 1.

    Combine soy, lemon and mirin into bowl

  • 2.

    Add sugar and dissolve

  • 3.

    Taste to make sure of zesty flavour with slight sweetness

  • 4.

    Place chilli and spring onion strands as well as fish roe on oysters

  • 5.

    Drizzle dressing on oysters

  • 6.



make sure you taste the dressing and ensure it has a nice zesty taste which may mean allowing for more or less of the soy, sugar and lemon portions outlined.
